Stoughton Murder Victim, Anita Clark, Will be Laid to Rest Tuesday

Clark, 46, was found murdered in her Stoughton home May 4.

The funeral for Anita Clark, the woman authorities say was murdered by her ex-husband in her Stoughton home, will be held Tuesday. 

Clark, 46, was the mother of two young children, Jakayla and Curtis Clark, and the mother of the deceased Thaddeus Clark, 18, who was fatally shot in Dorchester in March, the Boston Herald reports. 

Clark most recently worked as a phlebotomist in Boston, according to the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office.

She was , by Stoughton Police after police were called to perform a well-being check at the residence.  

In addition to her children, she leaves behind her mother, sister, and a "host of relatives and friends to mourn her sudden loss," according to her obituary

Funeral Services will be Tuesday, May 14 at 11 a.m. at the Grace Church of All Nations, 451 Washington St. in Dorchester. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral at the church, starting at 10 a.m. 

Following the funeral, a burial will take place St. Michaels Cemetery in Roslindale. 

The George Lopes Funeral Home in Mattapan is handling the arrangements. 

Clark's ex-husband, Willie Foster, 47, of Dorchester, was arrested and charged with her murder. He is being held without bail until a June 7 probable cause hearing.
