ReplyI am hoping things like this will make more parents aware as what is going on in town. Clearly the School Committee and Dr. Rizzi are dropping the ball here. Let's make a positive change for our town starting tomorrow. Let's vote two new members of the SC in. Clearly Ms. Husseini is not being realistic in what she has helped to do to this town. Then once we have some SC members that actually care about our kids and our schools they can do what has needed to be done for some time not, getting rid of Dr. Rizzi.

ReplyNice to see Spanky taking all the credit. There were so many hard working parents that made this even happen!!!! How about giving some credit to some of the other hard workers Spanky rather than tooting your own horn all the time. It was a fantastic event and the men and women in uniform were wonderful.

ReplyThank you to the Teacher's Union for coming out and telling what you observed. I would like to know who the "Multiple Witnesses" are that are claiming Dr. Ural did what he was accused of. Is that something that the public can be told?

DJ, of course the comments at an event that teachers and Supt and residents were at were upbeat. They all know that if they say anything bad the Supt will retaliate.

I would love to know who these parents and teachers are that support her. I know many people in this town and I would be hard pressed to find two people that would support here. She has shown that she doesn't care about the parents in this town and they know that.

I personally do not believe that the SC wants to bring the town down. However what I do not understand is their desire to continue to not only back, but to increase the contract of and give a huge pay raise to a Supt that is so hated by parents and teachers. This woman has nothing but cause problems for the town since she was hired. I watched the SC meeting from Tuesday and heard Ms. Sovinee comment on how Dr. Ural has cost the town $20000+ dollars and that it equals a part time and full time teacher's aide. Nobody seemed to point out that the raise that the SC gave Dr. Rizzi is costing more than that and could also cost the town the same employees. At lease Dr. Ural is trying to fix the wrongs that have been done. I would rather see my taxes go to that than to giving Dr. Rizzi one more penny of my hard earned money. When is the SC going to start listening to the parents? That is what I would like to know.
