The Stoughton Democratic Town Committee, together with the Democratic Town Committees of Sharon, Canton and Easton, gathered at the Suffolk Grille on Washington Street in Canton Monday, Jan. 21 (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day), to watch the second inauguration of President Barack Obama. DEMOCRATS TO CELEBRATE OBAMA INAUGURATION: The Stoughton Democratic Town Committee, together with the Democratic Town Committees of Sharon, Canton and Easton, will be gathering at the Suffolk Grille, 2790 Washington Street in Canton (on Rt. 138) at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 21, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, which is also the date of President Barack Obama's second inaugural. The President will be sworn in for a second term on Jan. 20, but where it falls on a Sunday this year, the public inaugural will be held the following day, on the 21st.
