Stoughton Man Arrested for September 2011 Avon Murder
The arraignment was Friday afternoon at Norfolk Superior Court.
The following is a press release from the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office: A 23-year old Stoughton man has been indicted and arrested for the September 20, 2011 murder of 23-year-old Kristopher Rosa in Avon, according to Norfolk District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey and Avon Chief of Police Warren Phillips.
