Wayne P. Rupp Wayne P. Rupp, 60, a resident of Stoughton for the past 45 years, died August 20, 2012. Born in Lowell, he was the son of Theresa (Roy) Parshley of Stoughton and the late Paul Rupp and served in the U.S. Navy. After suffering from a stroke, his wife Jean had been taking care of him for the past 17 years. Wayne was dedicated to raising his three sons. He was well known for his local landscaping company and his extremely hard working personality. He was a past Vice President of the Stoughton Chambers of Commerce and Co-founder for project “Stoughton Cares” during the Gulf War. Wayne was the beloved husband of Jean M.
