A CHATEAU IS BORN: Joe and Jim Nocera and their families hosted members of the Stoughton Chamber of Commerce Monday night to celebrate the grand re-opening of The Chateau, at the former Nocera’s Restaurant location on Park Street.  Nocera told the assembled crowd, “In 1986 our family bought this location. We looked at it last year and decided we wanted to freshen it up. We made a commitment and rebranded it as The Chateau. We're thrilled for this re-launch. "My family has always enjoyed being here. We're from Waltham, but we love the south shore. If there's anything we can do for the community, we will do it.”  After being introduced by Chamber Executive Director Terry Schneider, Joe Nocera then announced a donation to the Stoughton High …
