Stoughton Murder Suspect Charged with Killing Ex-Wife

Willie Foster, 47, of Dorchester, was charged with murdering his ex-wife, Anita Clark, 46, at her Glen Echo Blvd. home in Stoughton. Foster was arraigned Monday and pled not guilty.

The man arrested for killing his estranged wife in her Stoughton home was arraigned in Stoughton District Court Monday afternoon, charged with murder. Willie Foster, 47, of Dorchester, was taken into custody by Boston Police Monday morning in Mattapan. He is charged with killing Anita Clark, 46, who was found dead at her 76 Glen Echo Blvd. home in Stoughton Saturday evening.  Foster, who appeared in court wearing a Boston Red Sox pullover, pled not guilty to the murder charge. He will be held without bail until a June 7 probable cause hearing. During the arraignment, Lynn Beland, Assistant District Attorney for the office of Norfolk County District Attorney Michael W. State Police Arrest Stoughton Woman for Drunk Driving

The arrest came during a State Police run sobriety checkpoint Friday on Neponset St. in Canton.

A Stoughton woman was arrested Friday in Canton for allegedly driving drunk, according to a press release from the Massachusetts State Police. The State Police conducted a sobriety checkpoint on Neponset Street in Canton April 5, resulting in the arrest of six people for OUI alcohol and drugs with two criminal summons, according to the release. State Police also issued 88 civil motor vehicle citations. Mia Cancel, 46, of Stoughton, was charged with OUI liquor. Those arrested during the sobriety checkpoint in Canton were expected to appear in Stoughton District Court on Monday, according to the release. State Police also conducted a sobriety checkpoint on Route 3A in Lowell on April 6, resulting in the arrest of 12 people for OUI.

Stoughton Police Assist in Million Dollar Marijuana Bust in Canton

A Brooklyn man was arrested in Canton on Friday for allegedly accepting nearly 300 pounds of marijuana. Stoughton Police assisted in the arrest.

The Stoughton Police Department along with other state and local police agencies arrested a Brooklyn, New York man in Canton this past Friday for allegedly accepting a marijuana delivery valued at nearly $1 million, according to reports.  Thomas Jin Kim, 30, of Brooklyn, was taken into custody after taking possession of nearly 300 pounds of pot, according to MyFoxBoston.com, and was subsequently charged with trafficking in marijuana. Canton police made the arrest shortly before 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 15, assisted by Detective Sergeant Robert Welch of the Stoughton Police, Massachusetts State Police assigned to the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office, and members of the Drug Enforcement Agency, according to the Boston Globe and MyFoxBoston…

Stoughton Police Assist Norfolk County DA in Making Local Drug Bust

Norfolk DA Drug Task Force and local police arrested a Canton mortgage broker and three associates seizing as much as 70 pounds of alleged marijuana and $110,000 in possible drug proceeds.

Three Adults Arrested in Stoughton Baby Shower Brawl Plead Not Guilty; Released on Bail

A brawl broke out a baby shower at Club Luis de Camoes on Porter Street late Saturday night with four people getting arrested, including one juvenile. The three adult men pleaded not guilty to charges in Stoughton District Court on Monday.

The three adult men arrested in the brawl which broke out at a baby shower at Club Luis de Camoes on Porter Street in Stoughton late this past Saturday night, pleaded not guilty to charges in court on Monday and were released on 1,000 cash bail each, the Boston Herald reports. Paulo Pires Depina, 24; Aderito Lopes DeAndrade, 22; and Patrick Cardoso Lopes, 24, all from Brockton, were arraigned in  Stoughton District Court Court Jan. 15 for their alleged roles in the incident, which has made headlines locally and nationally. Drug Arrest A call for a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Burger King on Park Street in Stoughton resulted in the arrest of a Brockton man the evening of August 14. According to the police log, an employee at the 1333 Park St. Burger King called Stoughton Police at 6:23 p.m. on August 14 stating that there was a male party in a blue pickup truck "slumped over the steering wheel." Michael Anthony Citrone, 29, of Brockton, was arrested for possession of Class A, B and E drugs. The Stoughton Fire Department also responded to the scene and transported Citrone to the hospital. Canton Police Arrest Brothers in Dunkin' Donuts Robbery

Canton Police arrested two brothers Sunday morning alleged to have committed a rash of robberies at Dunkin' shops across the Bay State, including in Stoughton.

Canton Police arrested two brothers—Peter J. Wallace of Dorchester and Wayne M. Wallace of Quincy—early Sunday morning after being caught breaking into the Neponset Street Dunkin' Donuts in Canton. The pair, who are suspected in a rash of Dunkin' Donuts burglaries around the Bay State, including in Stoughton, allegedly used a crow bar to pry open the drive through window, Canton Police Chief Ken Berkowitz told Patch Monday. UPDATED: Woman Pleads "Not Guilty" in Fatal Drunk Driving Crash on Route 24 in Stoughton

A 57-year-old Easton woman died Saturday night in a two-car accident on Route 24 South in Stoughton. A 48-year-old Bridgewater woman was arrested on the scene for drunk driving, drugged driving and motor vehicle homicide.

An Easton woman was killed and two others were seriously injured late Saturday night in a two-car motor vehicle accident on Route 24 in Stoughton that involved an alleged drunk driver, Massachusetts State Police said. Maureen O'Brien Ellis, 57,  was killed when a collision ejected her from a vehicle. Patricia L. Neville-Colp, 48, of Bridgewater was arraigned Monday in Stoughton District Court. She pleaded "not guilty" and Judge Richard Savignano set her bail at $100,000. He ordered her to random alcohol and drug tests. Her next court date is Oct. 11. Stoughton Police Arrest Two in Drug Bust Wednesday Evening

Two men were arrested for the unlawful possession of narcotics. One was also charged with the unlawful possession of ammunition.

Stoughton Police, with the assistance of the Metropolitan Law Enforcement Council, arrested two Stoughton men Wednesday evening, following a raid at 20 Chestnut St. in Stoughton. Police executed the drug bust at 5:30 p.m., which resulted in the arrests of Barry L. Thomas, 22, and Gerramy Conille, also 22, according to Executive Officer Robert Devine of the SPD. The two men were in the possession of multiple kinds of narcotics. Thomas was charged with Class B drug possession; Class B drug possession with the intent to distribute; and Class E drug possession. He was also charged with the unlawful possession of ammunition. Devine said Thomas had “several outstanding warrants.” Conille was charged with the possession of a Class C substance. …
