Ribbon Cutting, $1 Tacos at Roxanne's Taqueria Roxanne's Taqueria, located in Stoughton at the Cobb's Corner plaza, opened at the end of August, but is having a ribbon cutting (sponsored by the Stoughton Chamber of Commerce) for its grand opening Thursday, Oct. 4, from 6-7:30 p.m. To celebrate, Roxanne's will be having $1 tacos all day on Thursday.
