According to NewEnglandMoves.com, the 12 most expensive single family homes sold in Stoughton in 2012 ranged in price from $440,000 to $540,000. All but one of these homes were sold after June 1 and half of the homes on this list were sold after Oct. 1. Two were located on Hunt Dr. and two more were located on Turnstone Ter.
