Gallery: Patriots Take on Stoughton Police in Charity Basketball Game

The All-Pro Patriots Celebrity Basketball Team took on the Stoughton Police All-Stars in a charity game to benefit the Stoughton Police Relief Association.

Last year it was quarterback Brian Hoyer who led the Patriots to victory past the Stoughton Police with a barrage of three-pointers. In this year's game, with Hoyer absent, it was another of Tom Brady's backups, Ryan Mallett, who stole the show, using his height advantage (listed at 6'6") to get dunk after dunk. The All-Pro Patriots Celebrity Basketball Team earned a 79-46 victory over the Stoughton Police All-Stars Friday night, May 18, before a capacity crowd at the Stoughton High School gymnasium. The game benefited the Stoughton Police Relief Association. A Beatles cover band will also be performing as part of a benefit concert for the Stoughton Schools Music Department's P.O.P.S. organization. There's a bike ride tour of Bird St., a pancake breakfast at Kiddie Academy and a cookout at Podhale Deli.

Patriots-Police Basketball Game The Stoughton Police All-Stars take on the New England Patriots All Pro Celebrity basketball team at the Stoughton High gym Friday night, May 18, at 7. It's a fundraiser for the Stoughton Police Relief Association. Donations will be accepted at the door. Patrick Chung, Ryan Mallett, Steve DeOssie, Patrick Pass and Jermaine Wiggins are some of the current and former Patriots expected to play and Robert Devine, Shawn Faria, Robert Kuhn, Jen Sullivan, Brian Holmes and John Bonney are some of the Police that will be participating.
