Stoughton Man Charged with OUI Drugs is Tased After Assaulting Officers, Resisting Arrest

A Stoughton man was arrested Thursday morning by Stoughton Police after he was seen "huffing" from an aerosol can.

The following information is from the Stoughton Police Department: A Stoughton man faces multiple charges after he allegedly inhaled toxic substances, and then resisted arrest.  School Resource Officer Robert Kuhn responded to a crash on Cushing St. at Station St. at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 4 where he saw Boris Rabkin, 26, of Columbia Rd. in Stoughton, allegedly "huffing" from an aerosol can. "Rabkin refused orders to shut off his vehicle and fled the area with Ofc. Kuhn in pursuit," according to a post on the Stoughton Police Department Facebook page.  "Rabkin stopped in the driveway of his residence and promptly charged Officer Kuhn who had drawn his firearm. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. *** Attempted Murder Charge Stoughton Police issued a warrant for the arrest of a Stoughton man following an incident where he allegedly choked his girlfriend and restricted her movement, Executive Officer Robert Devine said. Albert J. Myers, Jr., 22, of McCormick Terrace in Stoughton, was charged with attempted murder, kidnapping, and domestic assault and battery. The incident was reported to police at 6:25 a.m. on Jan. 2.
