As a result there will not be issues with the water in North Stoughton on Nov. 16/17 and there will be no traffic delays: This Friday, Nov. 16, Route 139 will be shut down between Page St. and Turnpike St. starting at 7 p.m. until some time on Saturday, Nov. 17.
