After opening Thursday night, the Little Theatre of Stoughton continues its production of the Little Mermaid this weekend at Ahavath Torah.
The Little Mermaid, a Disney favorite for young and old, will be presented by The Little Theatre of Stoughton this weekend at Ahavath Torah Congregation, 1179 Central St. in Stoughton. Showtimes* are: Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students/seniors. The play, which opened Thursday evening, stars Mallory Breen as Ariel; Jake Dufresne as Flounder; Lizzie Moukit as Sebastian; Nolan Raymond as Prince Eric; and Samantha Jacobs as Ursula. MYSTERY DINNER THEATRE FUNDRAISER A SUCCESS! Little Theatre of Stoughton hosted a Mystery Dinner Theatre on Saturday night, Nov. 3, to benefit the family of Shayla Lutz. Shayla, 3, was killed in a pedestrian accident in September on Central Street, in front of the Hansen Elementary School. Shayla's older sister, Ashleigh, has appeared in shows with the Little Theatre of Stoughton and the family is involved with the group, so Little Theatre of Stoughton wanted to help the Lutz family. The Little Theatre presented "Abduction at the YMCA" before a capacity crowd in the auditorium of the Old Colony YMCA in Stoughton. The play starred Bob DeLuca as Director Cecil B. DePill, and was the story of a director trying to fill an open position in his …

ROCKIN, ROLLING, AND BLUES AT TEMPLE: Fans of rock and blues are marking their calendars now for an amazing concert and dance event on Saturday, November 3 at Ahavath Torah Congregation, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Top-rated Vinny Serino and the Boston Baked Blues, backed by the Full House horns will open, with Danny Klein's Full House as the featured band. Proceeds from a Nov. 3 dinner theatre at the Stoughton YMCA will go towards the Lutz Family Foundation, which was formed after Shayla Lutz, 3, of Stoughton, died following a tragic pedestrian accident in front of the Hansen School on Sept. 14.
The Little Theatre of Stoughton is scheduled to host a mystery dinner theatre Saturday, Nov. 3 at 6:30 p.m. at the Stoughton YMCA (445 Central St.) with proceeds benefiting the Lutz Family Foundation. Shayla Lutz, 3, of Stoughton, tragically died on Sept. 14 after she was involved in a fatal pedestrian accident in front of the Hansen School. Stoughton's Town Hall Roof Project Update Parking in the front of and on either side of Stoughton's Town Hall has been temporarily prohibited as crews continue work on the historic building's roof. The historic building's asphalt roof is being replaced with a more durable slate surface. Town employees will continue to park in the lot in the rear of the building (off Rose Street) and the municipal lot next to the Stoughton Police Station on Rose Street. SNOW WHITE IS A HIT! The Little Theatre of Stoughton is doing something a little different this summer. As part of their 55th season, their production of "Snow White: The Musical" will take place in the great outdoors. Opening weekend was Aug. 17-19. Miss out?
