IMAGINE, JOHN LENNON COMING TO STOUGHTON: On Saturday, January 5, Dennis Stephen will bring his John Lennon tribute performance, LENNON SHOW back to The Last Shot Sports Bar & Grill in Stoughton. His last performance there was a smashing success (and he really does look and sound like Lennon in performance!) Dennis Stephen is a veteran rock and pop music performer, guitarist, vocalist, and former Geffen Records recording artist. Known for his work with the Boston-based bands Stardust and Stratosphere in the late-1970's and 80's, Stephen ventured out nationwide, and has opened for major recording artists, such as The Cars, Aerosmith, Dire Straits, J.Geils Band, Pretenders, and others. JOHN LENNON COMING TO STOUGHTON? On Saturday, Sept. 15, Dennis Stephen will perform his one-man show, "Imagine – a John Lennon Tribute" at The Last Shot in Stoughton. Dennis Stephen is a seasoned rock and pop music performer, guitarist, vocalist, and former Geffen Records recording artist. Known for his work with the Boston-based bands Stardust and Stratosphere in the late-1970's and 80's, Stephen ventured out nationwide, and has opened for major recording artists, such as The Cars, Aerosmith, Dire Straits, J.Geils Band, Pretenders, and others. The Stoughton High baseball program is holding an alumni game in May, while the SHS Gridiron Club is holding a golf tournament in June. Registration details are included in this article.
3rd Annual Stoughton High Alumni Baseball Game The Stoughton High baseball program will be holding its third annual alumni game on Saturday, May 12, starting at 11 a.m. at the varsity baseball field. A squad of alumni players will take on the current SHS varsity team. Lunch at the Last Shot on Washington St. in Stoughton for the alumni will follow the game. The registration fee for each alumni player is $25, which includes the cost of lunch and a commemorative t-shirt. Any remaining funds will be donated to the SHS baseball program.
