Visions For Vacancies: Kabob House

What would you like to see done with the old Kabob House restaurant space at 756 Washington St. in downtown Stoughton?

Drive around Stoughton and you'll notice a number of empty storefronts and buildings. We're continuing a new series titled "Visions for Vacancies." We'll showcase an empty storefront and ask you what should take up the space. Last time we asked what you would like to see done with the old Family Dollar location on Washington St. This week, we turn our attention to the former Kabob House location at 756 Washington St. in the downtown, which has been home to a handful of different restaurants in recent years. Said "Felix" Safai owned and operated the Kabob House in downtown Stoughton for several months, starting in the spring of 2010. Brockton Man Arrested for OUI Thursday Night Easton Police received a call at 11:30 p.m. on May 31 from a woman who said her husband was intoxicated while driving and she was in need of assistance.  Police located the vehicle, and after an investigation, arrested John Pierce, 46, of Brockton, for operating under the influence.  His wife, who was also intoxicated, was taken into protective custody.
