The Black Knights boys’ basketball team beats Hopkinton 59-53 Saturday night to advance to the Boston Garden on Monday, March 12 for the D2 state semifinals.
With the game tied at 46 halfway through the fourth quarter, Aaron Calixte and Marcus Middleton made two key three-pointers down the stretch to help the Stoughton High boys’ basketball team beat Hopkinton, 59-53, Saturday night at UMass Boston in the Division 2 South Sectional Final. The Black Knights now advance to play Hopkinton in the Sectional finals on Saturday at 8 p.m. at UMass Boston. The winner advances to play the D2 North Sectional champion at the Boston Garden on Monday in a D2 state semifinal game.
