The Great Hall at Stoughton's Town Hall was packed Friday night, Jan. 18 for a sellout performance of the "Murder at the Library" production, a fundraiser for Stoughton's Support Our Library Association (SOLA). The murder mystery, directed by realtor Fred Yaitanes, and assisted by Jan Jones of the Little Theatre of Stoughton, featured some of Stoughton's most recognizable characters: Selectman Cynthia Walsh; Police Chief Paul Shastany; Library Director Pat Basler; Hansen School Principal Faye Polillio; Stephanie Carrara of the Town Clerk's Office; Columnist Mark Snyder; Community Preservation Committee Chairman John Morton; and Redevelopment Committee Chairman Carlos Vargas. Gallery: Stoughton High Girls' Soccer Team 'Workin' at the Carwash'

Last Saturday, the Stoughton High girls' soccer team held a fundraising car wash at the Walgreens parking lot in Stoughton. In just five hours, the team raised more than $1,500. Take a look at photos in the media gallery above.

The Stoughton High boys’ and girls’ tennis teams and the SHS girls’ volleyball team held separate fundraisers in town on Saturday, April 7. The tennis teams held a car wash at the Papa Ginos parking lot on Washington St., while the volleyball team held a yard sale at Faxon Park. Stoughton Fire Union to Host Fundraiser Wed. at Texas Roadhouse for Muscular Dystrophy

Ten percent (10%) of your total food purchases at the Texas Roadhouse at Brockton's Westgate Mall on Wednesday, July 13, will go towards the Stoughton Firefighters Local 1512 .in their efforts to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

The Stoughton Firefighters Union (Local 1512) is holding a fundraising night at Brockton's Texas Roadhouse this Wednesday, July 13, from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Texas Roadhouse will donate 10% of your total food purchases to the fundraiser. In order to participate and support the cause, a fundraising flyer needs to be presented to your server that night. A copy of the flyer can be found in the media gallery. There will also be an official "firefighter boot" at the restaurant if anyone wishes to make additional donations. Texas Roadhouse in Brockton is located at 124 Westgate Dr. in the Westgate Mall Plaza. You can dial 508-427-6244 for call-ahead seating.
