Stoughton High Hockey Team Earns Draw Against Foxboro
The Black Knights skated to a 3-3 tie against the Warriors Saturday night.
The Stoughton High Hockey team never led, trailing Foxboro by one goal on three different occasions Saturday evening at the Asiaf Arena in Brockton, but each time the Black Knights fought back, earning a 3-3 draw. Stoughton is now 1-11-1, with both the win, and now the tie, coming against Foxboro. The three goals mark a season-high for Stoughton. Foxboro, meanwhile, is 3-7-3. Owen Campbell scored the game’s first goal just 11 seconds in, putting Foxboro up 1-0. Nick Dowling picked up the assist. Stoughton answered six minutes into the second period when Josh Rubenstein assisted Larry Hixon to tie the game.
