William Lawrence Albrecht, 52, of North Main St. in Randolph, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense). *** Failure to Stop for Police The driver of a vehicle did not stop when Stoughton Police tried to pull him over just before 1 a.m. on Feb. 25.
