Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. *** Drunk Driving Arrest The Stoughton Police and Fire Departments responded to a motor vehicle accident on Sumner St. in Stoughton Feb. 17 at 12:27 a.m. after receiving a call from a pregnant woman stating her car was struck by another vehicle. The woman refused a transport to Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, according to the Stoughton Police logs. The driver of the other vehicle, Martin Brayton Fitzgerald, 24, of Copeland St. in Brockton, was arrested for allegedly driving drunk. Fitzgerald was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle…
