ROCKING OUT ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! Fans of rock and blues really enjoyed the incredible music that permeated the sold-out room on Saturday, November 3 at Ahavath Torah Congregation in Stoughton. Top-rated Boston Baked Blues, backed by the Full House horns opened up, and played a long and seamless trio of sets that had the crowd dancing, and tapping their toes. Then, Danny Klein, an original member of J. Geils Band, and his group, Full House, rocked the house. They played all of J. Geils hits. Rabbi Jonathan Hausman, wearing cautionary earplugs, was right up front rocking to the sounds of both of these fantastic bands. Danny Klein, the one-and-only Ace on Bass for the mighty J. ROCKIN, ROLLING, AND BLUES AT TEMPLE: Fans of rock and blues are marking their calendars now for an amazing concert and dance event on Saturday, November 3 at Ahavath Torah Congregation, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Top-rated Vinny Serino and the Boston Baked Blues, backed by the Full House horns will open, with Danny Klein's Full House as the featured band. Tickets for this event is just $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Refreshments and snacks, beer and wine will be available for purchase. FOX UNDERCOVER FEATURES PATCH STORY: Two months after it broke here on Stoughton Patch/Snydersstoughton.com, the story I wrote on the $500,000 appropriation for traffic lights in front Knollsbrook off Central St., the condominium complex where State Rep. Lou Kafka (D-Stoughton) lives, is making the news. Mike Beaudet, reporter for FOX 25 Undercover, was in Stoughton getting deeper into the story of money included in a Transportation Bond Bill, which was approved by the House and Senate, and signed by Governor Patrick in August. That bill also included funding to pay for half of the costs of the Stoughton Train Station, and future financing for it. In my article, I de-emphasized the Kafka aspect of the story.
