HAPPY 25th ANNIVERSARY: To  Lisa Areniello and her husband Zeppy on twenty five years of wedded bliss. Their kids threw them a party to celebrate the occassion. Lisa, a Stoughton native, is the owner of L.A. Express and Giovann Salon. SENIORS---FREE RIDES TO SUNDAY CONCERT!  The Stoughton Council on Aging is providing free transportation to the Concerts in the Park hosted by the Stoughton Lions Club.  Next concert is Sunday evening, August 14, from 5-7 p.m. featuring the Infractions, which may be the best band playing here all summer. The “Infractions” lead by Brian Stratton, have been a well-known and established band in the Boston area, performing at clubs, weddings, fundraisers, and corporate events for almost two decades. Stoughton Chamber Of Commerce Yearly Awards: Honig Recognized For Volunteer Work

Windsor Tire's Joel Honig given award for helping local food pantries.

As an L-1 Master Tech, Joel Honig is Windsor Tire's lead technician. "We wouldn't be able to fix anything without him," manager Chris Petrie said, "He's the man." But on Monday night, Honig was recognized not for his excellence as a technician, but for his contributions to the community, being named the Stoughton Chamber of Commerce's Volunteer of the Year.  The Chamber honored Honig at its Annual Meeting, crediting him for his commitment to multiple local charities including St. Anthony's Free Market and the Ilse Marks Food Pantry. Honig has worked at Windsor Tire on Washington Street for 15 years during which time the business has been a local leader in community giving.
