Stoughton Chamber of Commerce member IKEA donated shelving to Stoughton's St. Anthony's Food Pantry last Thursday, and spent the day installing the units at the pantry, located on Park Ave.

The Stoughton Chamber of Commerce and its member businesses are known for supporting the Stoughton Food Pantries through its fundraising efforts such as the annual Doin’ It For Diane fundraiser. So the Chamber’s coordinated work with one of its Gold Members, IKEA-Stoughton, at the St. Anthony’s Food Pantry on Thursday, September 6 should come as no surprise. In fact, this project was a direct result of the Doin’ It For Diane Fundraiser. Christine Gallagher, manager of the St. Anthony’s Food Pantry on Park Ave., explained that when the funds were allocated from Doin' it For Diane between the two pantries (Ilse Marks and St. Anthony’s), each respective pantry was asked to provide a wish list.  Gallagher said her pantry “desperately needed …

THE SECRET IS OUT: Bob's Famous Foodmart is about to become even more famous.  I've tried to keep a secret about the 289 Park Street business, but it's about to leak out.  When my mom was in Copley, I needed to get quick lunches when I visited.  I'd go to Bob's and get amazing lunches—from meatloaf to steak tips to chicken parmesan, with all the side fixings. And, the cost was low.  I only shared my discovery with a few chosen friends so that the lines wouldn't get so long that I'd be late for afternoon appointments.  But, now I can't hold back anymore.  Bob's is going to be expanding.  They are going to be open from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., and offer breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Instead of just takeout, there will now be seating for 15, which …
