I went there today with my 2 young daughters (12 and 8) for a girls day out. Their nails look great and the girls who did their nails were nice, but the lady I got was rude. When it was time to pay she said that I couldn't use a credit or debit card. I didn't have enough cash so she said to leave my daughters (for collateral...I assume?) and walk to the ATM machine nearby. I NEVER leave me kids places so I said, "No they're coming with me." At this point I was more than a little upset. When we returned with the money she said in front of everyone that I didn't give enough of a tip and said, "MORE" as she held out her hand. Out of sheer embarrassment I gave her more. I normally tip well, but under the circumstances I felt that she didn't deserve it. Needless to say I will never go back there again. Bottom line: If you get your nails done there make sure you have plenty of cash if you don't want to risk losing your kids.

I got a pedicure and manicure there on yesterday 6/1/12. I liked the way it came out, I got the spa pedicure which was $35. The woman who did my pedicure had a scowl on her face the whole time. I had a skirt on not short at all but she literally threw a towel on my lap. I'm a big girl so I guess she was repulsed by my big legs. Manicure- got the shellac on my real nails, the woman who did my nails seemed as though she didn't want to be there. Luckily I had gotten this service before because this girl made no attempt to tell me what to do next, what to expect etc. that manicure was $30. Then when it was time to pay, I told the head person- I guess- I was using a credit card, she asked "you don't have any cash" I will say that my feet are nice and soft, polish looks good. My manicure also looks o.k. overall 1/5 stars- poor, poor service. Proceed with caution!

I had a very bad experience at the Lotus Nails Nails Spa today. This was my second visit to the salon. The lady was rough on my hands, rushed through the process, and then dropped me off to another lady to polish my nails so she could take another customer who came in after me without an appointment. Then the other lady got mad that I only gave her a $2.00 tip and told the first lady out loud (who just waved it off) and everyone else in the salon heard it. So when my nails were dry I got up, walked right out of there, and did not say a word. (usually I say goodbye and thank you) I have never been treated so poorly at a nail salon before and will never go back there again!!!
