Walked in tonight and saw one of the employees washing the little containers they use to mix the soft serve flavors in the sink using just water and his fingers. No soap, no sponge or cloth, just water and his fingers. And it wasn't just one he washed, it was several. To make it worse the manager handed him some of them to wash so she knew he was doing it. If that is what they are doing in front of their patrons I hate to think what kind of "cleaning" is happening that we can't see.
