Find out how you'll be affected.

With the long weekend approaching for Independence Day on Friday, Stoughton is getting ready to celebrate in style with fireworks, a carnival and a parade.

So, how will trash collection be impacted by the holiday?

There will be no curbside trash collection on Friday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day, according to officials. Friday's collection, instead, will be moved to Monday, July 7 in addition to regular Monday trash collection.
