Zillow Says Stoughton Homes Will Increase
The value of Stoughton homes will be going up in 2014, according to zillow.com. The website is predicting it will go from 3.2 percent this year to 3.3 percent next year. Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In the 02072 market, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold fell 20.2% in the last year. The number of unsold foreclosures is 2.6% greater than in Stoughton, and 82.1% less than the national average.
