STOYAC Travel Basketball: Week 4 Scoreboard

Three of Stoughton's teams came away with wins—the 6th and 7th grade boys' teams and the 8th grade girls' team. All three squads improved to 3-1 with the victories.

The STOYAC teams representing Stoughton in the Metrowest Travel League had a rough return to competition as they came up on the short end of the score in many cases.

Still, three teams came away with wins—the 6th and 7th grade boys’ teams and the 8th grade girls’ team. All three squads improved to 3-1 with the victories.

The results from Sunday, January 8 were as follows:

  • 4th grade boys (1-3) lost to Needham 41-20
  • 5th grade boys (3-1) lost to Westboro 57-44
  • 6th grade boys (3-1) defeated Easton 41-32
  • 7th grade boys (3-1) defeated Attleboro 52-46
  • 8th grade boys (1-3) lost to Newton 69-57
  • 4th grade girls (1-3) lost to Franklin 41-27
  • 5th grade girls (1-3) lost to Mansfield 28-20
  • 6th grade girls (2-2) lost to Medfield 36-35
  • 7th grade girls (0-4) lost to Bridgewater 37-28
  • 8th grade girls (3-1) defeated Sharon 62-51

  • 8:30 a.m. - 6th grade girls vs. Walpole
  • 9:50 a.m. - 6th grade boys vs. Medfield
  • 11:10 a.m. - 5th grade girls vs. Norton
  • 12:30 p.m. - 4th grade boys vs. Franklin
  • 1:50 p.m. - 8th grade girls vs. Millis
