STOYAC Hosting “Girls’ Night” at Friday’s Stoughton High Girls’ Basketball Game

STOYAC girls' players will be admitted for $1 if they wear their jerseys to Friday's Stoughton High girls' basketball game. Friday is also senior night for the Stoughton High girls' varsity team.

STOYAC and the Stoughton High Athletics Department are hosting “Girls’ Night at the Knights” this Friday (February 10) when the girls’ basketball team hosts the Sharon Eagles.

All STOYAC girls’ basketball players from the peewee, junior and senior divisions, as well as those girls playing on a STOYAC travel basketball team will be admitted for only $1 if they wear their STOYAC t-shirt/uniform shirt.

All other spectators will be charged regular admission.

The game starts at 5 p.m. and the game starts at 6:30 p.m.

Friday is also senior night for the Stoughton High girls’ varsity team.

After finishing last season 5-13, the varsity Lady Knights are 9-5 this season, having won seven of their last nine. With a win against Sharon on Friday, Stoughton will clinch a berth in the postseason tournament.

The last time Stoughton and Sharon met (January 17, 2012), the Lady Knights came away with a on the road.
