Stoughton's Green Sets Bridgewater State Football Record For Touchdown Catches

Stoughton's Matt Green caught a school-record five touchdown passes as the Bridgewater State University football team defeated Worcester State, 51-20, Friday night in Bridgewater.

Green also tied Steve Marshall's record of five touchdown in one game that was set against Westfield State in 1990

The junior finished the game with six receptions for 202 yards.

His touchdown catches from quarterback Mike McCarthy were for 39, 6, 30 and two for 60 yards.

Bridgewater State will be traveling to Fitchburg next Saturday.
