Lesley College sophomore Nick Green of Stoughton was named as the New England Collegiate Conference's Runner of the Week for the opening of the 2013 season.
Green posted a fifth place finish in the Fifth Annual Fens Classic, hosted by Emmaneul College. He completed the course in a time of 16:41 as the Lynx finished fifth overall.
As a freshman, he was the 2012 NECC Rookie of the Year, a First Team All-Conference selection and a three-time NECC Rookie of the Week.
