New England Revolution Star Darrius Barnes Visits Stoughton Youth Soccer

Defender Darrius Barnes of the New England Revolution visited Stoughton Youth Soccer on Sunday, May 15.

A day after helping New England to a 1-0 win over the Vancouver Whitecaps FC at Gillette Stadium, Revolution defender Darrius Barnes stopped by the on Sunday, May 15 to meet and greet the town’s youth soccer players.

Barnes took photos and signed autographs during the event, interacting with the players. 

Barnes is in his third year with the Revolution, drafted in the third round of the 2009 MLS SuperDraft. Stoughton Youth Soccer is one of more than 60 youth soccer organizations to partner with the Revolution this season.
