Getting to Know Stoughton High's Marcus Middleton

A Q&A with the Stoughton High junior basketball captain (from the Hockomock Sports Blog).

Coming off a football season where Stoughton High’s Marcus Middleton caught six touchdown passes (third best in the Hockomock League) and added two scores on the ground for the Black Knights, the junior turns his attention to basketball season, where he and classmate Aaron Calixte will form one of the best guard combos in league.

Middleton is a threat on both ends of the floor for the boys’ varsity basketball team. He was the team’s third leading scorer last season, behind Calixte and with 12 points per game. But Middleton is best known as being the team’s lockdown defender.

He, along with Calixte and junior Joe Bunce-Grenon are the team’s captains for this upcoming basketball season.
