Fitness Boot Camp

Why Weight Fitness is hosting a fitness Boot Camp starting on  Sat, April 2. The sessions will meet each Sat from 9-10am and each Wed from 7-8pm for 5 weeks. Each member will be assigned to a team.  There will be weekly weigh ins each Sat (which are confidential, only team totals are posted) and timed exercises (jumping jacks etc.) each Thurs.  The team with the biggest percentage of weight loss and most improved timed exercises win weekly rewards. There are also incentives to come in on your "off " days to do cardio.  It is lots of fun and a great way to make friends, lose weight and get in great shape.  The cost for the 5 week session is $200.  We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
