Please join us for this casual meeting that begins with 30 minutes of low-intensity exercise, followed by 30 minutes of prayer and meditation. By meeting together we can encourage one another and help stay motivated to improve both our exercise and prayer lives. We meet in the First United Methodist Church gymnasium from 6:30-7:30 on Thursday nights. On the 4th Thursday of the month we gather at 5:30PM to share a healthy meal.
