Stoughton's Veterans Honored at O'Donnell Middle School Breakfast

Veterans from the town of Stoughton were honored at the O'Donnell Middle School. A breakfast was given by Stoughton's Council on Aging to about 40 veterans.
Following the breakfast, 15 veterans were interviewed by  some members of the eighth grade class who then spoke along side them in an assembly held for the entire eighth grade class.
The veterans filed in to the cafetorium to patriotic music played the eighth grade band. The assembly was thoughtful and moving. The event was coordinated by assistant principal David Guglia.
It has become an annual event at the school in which students and staff acknowledge the sacrifices our veterans have made on our behalf.
