Stoughton to Host District Jazz Festival Thursday
Stoughton musicians will compete in the festival along with several other surrounding high school ensembles.
The music department at Stoughton High School on Thursday will host the 2014 Massachusetts Association for Jazz Education's Southeast District Jazz Festival.
The festival, which runs from 3:30 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, will feature jazz ensembles from the following schools:
- Stoughton High School
- Oliver Ames High School
- King Phillip High school
- Medfield High School
- North Attleboro High School
- Canton High School
- Norwood High School
- Marshfield High School
- Foxboro High School
Tickets for the festival will be sold at the door and cost $5 for adults and $3 for seniors and children.
