Stoughton School Committee Reorganizes, Welcomes New Members

Joaquin Soares, Jr. and Mari-Kate Pina-Enokian are the newest members to join the committee.

Reorganization was the plan for the Stoughton School Committee this week as it welcomes two new members elected in this month's town election.

The committee announced plans to hold a special meeting on Wednesday night to reorganize, according to an agenda on the school department's website

Joaquin Soares, Jr. and Mari-Kate Pina-Enokian won the race for two open seats on the School Committee on April 8, beating out incumbents Deborah Sovinee, the committee's vice chair, and George Dolinksy who were running for re-election.
