Updated:Stoughton High School Makes State School Building Authority's List

Residents are to ask to watch the Stoughton School Committee meeting Tuesday at 7 p.m. to hear from state reps Louis Kafka and William Galvin.

Stoughton High School is on the agenda for the Massachusetts School Building Authority's meeting Wednesday, Jan. 29, at 10 a.m. at 40 Broad St., Boston. The town is looking for funds for the school, which they told the authority is outdated and inadequate for current use.

Seating is extremely limited. Instead, anyone interested in hearing about what invitation means is and what the next steps are should to watch Tuesday's Stoughton School Committee meeting at 7 p.m. where Reps. Louis Kafka and William Galvin will be giving an update on the process.

State Senator Brian A. Joyce is scheduled to be at the State House for the State of the State address, but will be taping an interview on Wednesday.

Stoughton will be represented by school superintendent Marguerite Rizzi, school committee member Deborah Sovinee, school committee chairman Joyce Husseini, high school principal Juliette Miller, Kafka, Galvin and Joyce at the Boston meeting.
