Photo Gallery: Hansen School Kindergarten Picnic
Photos from the kindergarten picnic at the Hansen Elementary School to celebrate the end of the school year.
The hosted a special picnic lunch for its and their families last Wednesday, June 22.
The event, originally planned to take place at the foot of Chemung Hill, was forced inside due to the unfavorable weather conditions. But teachers Mrs. Fugate and Mrs. Manchester and the kindergarteners weren’t going to let the weather rain on their parade (literally).
After gobbling up their special lunches, either from picnic baskets or from the cafeteria, they let loose. They transitioned the “gymnasium picnic” into a dance party as they sang along to some of their favorite classroom songs.
