'Diabetes Know How' at New England Sinai Hospital

Diabetes is one of the more challenging conditions to manage, but once you do, you quickly understand what a difference it makes. By participating in Diabetes Know How, you’ll take your glucose management skills to the next level, learn how to get the right amount of exercise to feel better and have more energy, and how what you eat can help managing your diabetes a whole lot easier.

The two-week evening class meets on Mondays and Thursdays from 3-5 pm on April 11, 14, 18 and 21 at the New England Sinai Hospital. Whether you have type 1 or type 2 diabetes, are newly diagnosed or living with diabetes for many years, at the end of this two-week class you’ll be on your way to enjoying a healthier and more active life this spring.

A physician referral is required, and the cost is covered by most insurances. All participants enjoy small class sizes and the caring staff Sinai is known for. To register and for more information, please contact (781) 297-1385.
