Alzheimer’s Caregivers Support Group Presents Talk on Caregiver Burnout

Are you a caregiver who worries about “burn out,” or that you may be on the verge of it? If so, don't miss a talk on Caregiver Burnout sponsored by New England Sinai Hospital’s Alzheimer’s Caregiver Group.

The talk is free and open to the public and will be held at Sinai’s Alzheimer’s Center across the street from the hospital at 143 York Street in Stoughton. 

Caregiver Burnout is a state of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed and unable to meet constant demands. If this sounds familiar, come and learn what to do before it’s too late.

 The Alzheimer’s Caregivers Support Group meets monthly and gives caregivers a chance to socialize with one another, learn about topics that can reduce stress and enhance quality of life ― and take a break from the difficult but rewarding work of caregiving.
