No vehicles, other than ones acting in an emergency, are allowed to park on the streets, sidewalk or any municipal off-street parking from Dec. 1 to April 1, from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. for any period of time longer than an hour, per the traffic rules and the orders of the town of Stoughton.
Residents are also remained that the town is not liable for any damage done to mailboxes, shrubs, lawns, fences, steps, sprinkler heads or trees which are within the street layout because of snow removal activities.
The fine for violation of these parking regulations is $15 for each offenses and/or towing of a vehicle at the owner's expense.
