On a quiet, unseasonably hot day, the giant flag in Stoughton Center, and others at the police station and at the high school, were a visual reminder of what happened 12 years on September 11, 2001 in the United States as terrorists attacked, leaving thousands dead and our country in shock.
With the patriotic flag tributes Wednesday, Stoughton made sure those who died and those who suffered on September 11, 2001 were remembered.
