Stoughton Officials Auctioning Surplus Municipal Items

Items being auctioned include fire boxes, lawn mowers and police intercepter vehicles.

Officials in Stoughton announced Monday that an auction is underway for several surplus municipal-related items. 

The items, which are currently being auctioned off on Municibid.com, include:

  • Vehicles, such as former police interceptors. 
  • Fire boxes
  • Fire hoses
  • Office supplies and equipment
  • Heavy and light equipment
  • Other miscellaneous items

Those who wish to place a bid on the items can do so by visiting Municibid.com here

Stoughton town employees or any employee related to the town wishing to bid needs to complete a disclosure form prior to bidding. The forms must then be brought to the town's procurement office on the third floor of Stoughton Town Hall.
