The Fowl Meadow is an environmentally, sensitive area, with a tremendous amount of historical significance. Moreover, it was designated as an Area of Critical Environmental Concern on Aug. 20, 1992. It is Representative Timilty’s unwavering goal, to protect the wetlands of this area, as well as the thousands of acres of pristine open space.
