The Stoughton Redevelopment Authority is receiving proposals from anyone interested in a 10 year lease/purchase agreement with the Stoughton Station Depot Building located at 45 Wayman St. and includes the 1888 granite building and 27 parking spaces.
There will be a briefing and a site tour, Tuesday, Nov. 26, at 10 a.m. on the site. All interest parties are encouraged to attend the briefing and site tour.
Submissions will be taken until Tuesday, Dec. 17, in the town clerk's office at Stoughton Town Hall, 10 Pearl St. One original proposals and five copies should be placed in a sealed envelope and marked "RFP-Stoughton Station Depot Building Lease/Purchase. Proposals after the date will not be considered.
