Stoughton Police are still looking for the driver in Saturday evening's hit and run on Park Street, which sent a 15-year-old male to the hospital with multi-system trauma.
Authorities, however, are working off a vague description of the vehicle.
Police are looking for a light in color, older model Cadillac with probable front end damage, Stoughton Police Executive Officer Robert Devine said Monday morning.
Lt. Buddy O'Neil of the Stoughton Fire Department said the teen was riding his bike in the breakdown lane on Park Street (Route 27 South) when a car hit him and knocked him to the ground near the Chateau at 1165 Park St. at 7:45 p.m. on Dec. 8.
After making contact with the victim, the car kept traveling towards Brockton.
The victim was transported in a Stoughton Fire Department ambulance to Boston Medical Center.
Devine said that the victim's injuries are non-life threatening.
