Stoughton Police Log Sept. 30:Dead Shark Found in Woods

12:35 a.m. Suspicious vehicle, Turnpike and Pleasant Streets, officer reported someone in a moving vehicle struck his cruiser with a bat. Arrested Joseph Boucher, 19, York Street, Stoughton, charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, failure to stop for a police officer, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, malicious damage to destruction of property, wanton reckless operation of a motor vehicle, speeding violation special regulation and marked lanes violation.
1:15 a.m. Motor vehicle accident, South School, Cedar Street, Caller said SUV crashed into woods. Fire department was notified. Arrested Katherine K. Brehm, 33, Woodcliff Road, charged with OUI, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, no inspection sticker and not meeting RMV safety standards.
6:13 a.m. Auto theft, Bill's Tax Service, Old Page Street, Truck was tracked via GPS and found in Taunton.
7:14 a.m. Larceny, forgery fraud, Pizanos, Park Street, caller stated someone stole bag and wallet out of delivery truck.
10:43 a.m. Serve warrant, Connie Lane, arrested on warrant apprehension, Adam Justin Motta, 24, Connie Lane, Stoughton. Delivered to Stoughton District Court.
10:54 a.m. Animal control, dead turkey in road, Lincoln Street.
1:10 p.m. Motor vehicle stop, Washington and Gay Street, summons given to Betsy Fitzgerald, 22, Donahue Way, Stoughton, uninsured vehicle.
4:29 p.m. Motor vehicle stop, West Street, party in custody, Tracy J. Constantin, 35, Turnpike Street, Easton, warrant service.  
4:34 p.m. Suspicious activity, Shuman Ave., party says they found dead shark in woods.
5:21 p.m. Burglary (B & E) Past, Morton Street, caller reported burglary happened while on vacation.
8:31 p.m. Burglary (B & E) Past, Park Street.
