Stoughton Police Log Nov. 9-10: Shop Lifting Arrests Made

Saturday, Nov. 9:
6:43 a.m. Motor vehicle stop, Turnpike and Page Street. Registration revoked because of a lack of insurance. AJ's contacted for tow. Summons issued to Guygerald Monde, 21, School Street, Stoughton, operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, uninsured motor vehicle.
8:56 a.m. Burglar alarm, South Shore Savings Bank, Turnpike Street. Caller stated alarm went off at night prior, stating the phone lines were cut. Manager would like to speak to an officer.
2:54 p.m. Assist citizen. License plate was returned.
4:02 p.m. Removed road hazard. Bumper in the middle of the road in area of Target.
4:21 p.m. Disabled motor vehicle, Cobbs Corner Mobil, Sharon Street. Caller says vehicle.
4:53 p.m. Shoplifting, Target Way, 1 Hawes Way. Arrested Karen M. Barry, 49, North Ave., Rockland, charges trespass, larceny over $250.
5:17 p.m. Hit and run accident, TJ Maxx, Park Street. Party reports vehicle struck in parking lot.
7:19 p.m. 911 Ambulance, Broadway, fire department notified.
7:49 p.m. 911 Ambulance, Arbors, Central Street, party fell. Fire department notified.
8:10 p.m. Unwanted party, The Lodge, Technology Circle Drive. Security requested officer to identified individuals for no tress pass from the property.

Sunday, Nov. 10:
12:06 a.m. Disturbance, Alex's of Stoughton, Inc. Manager requested an officer for two patrons refusing to leave. Parties advised to leave.
12:45 a.m. Disturbance, loud disturbance, Washington Street and Brock Street, Stoughton Music Center. Parties sent on the way for night
1:19 a.m. Disturbance, Courtyard by Marriott, Sgt. Murphy, requests officer for two parties getting out of hand.
1:53 a.m. Motor vehicle accident, Bay Road and Plain St. Sharon police are reporting a single car motor vehicle accident. Sharon police will handle.
5:13 a.m. Distrubance, Quali Run and Buckley Road, noise complaint, parties advised.
7:39 a.m. Unwanted party, Sumner Street. No trespass order issued to party. Officer drove party to train.
9:18 a.m. 911 Ambulance, Stoughton Housing Authority. Party have leg and back pain.
10:15 a.m. Assist citizen. Caller stated water meter at his home is broken and water is pouring into the house. DPW notified.
10:26 a.m. 911 Fire. Fire department notified. Toaster taken outside.
10:34 a.m. 911 ambulance, caller said patron may have broken leg on basketball court. Fire department notified.
10:42 a.m. 911 Ambulance, Morton Street, party had trouble breathing. Call transferred to fire department.
12:08 p.m. Disabled motor vehicle accident, Shaw's Supermarket. Tractor trailer unit stuck while existing lot.
1 p.m. 911 Ambulance, Erin Road, party having trouble breathing. Call transferred to fire department.
2:29 p.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud, Eastern Bank, Washington Street. Incident occurred Oct. 17, 2013. Summons to Joseph M. Tavares, 25, Oak Drive, Canton, larceny more than $250.
7:19 p.m. Missing person, Walgreen's Company, Washington Street, party reports 1-year-old white female left an unknown games. Canton PD, Easton PD and Massachusetts State Police notified. Child located in Lawrence with mom. One party under arrest. Shaun E. Lussier, 33, Lancelot Circle, Salem, N.H., OUI drugs, creating wanton behavior, risk, injury and sexual abuse of a child.
9:11 p.m. Disturbance, Page Terr. Loud party was going on. Peace restored.
